In a graphic Instagram video appearing to capture the lethal clang in Merced County, a woman can be seen rapping and attaining mitt gestures before forgetting ensure of the vehicle.

She eventually appears next to a bloody figure as another daughter brandishes for help in the background.

Police determined the motorist as 18 -year-old Obdulia Sanchez, and family confirmed to neighbourhood depot ABC3 0that she filmed the video.

She swerved and then overcorrected, spanning both trails of traffic and crashing into a field, said California Highway Patrol, speaking at the site of the clang to the Merced Sun-Star. Experts said she was under the influence when she crashed the car.

Sanchez’s 14 -year-old sister, Jacqueline, was killed in the crash, Merced County Sheriff Vern Warnke confirmed. The girl was preparing to celebrate her quinceanera on Sunday, their own families said.

Both Jacqueline and another 14 -year-old girl in the vehicle were reportedly not wearing seatbelts and were exhausted, Fox4 0 reported. The second girl apparently prolonged major pain to her right leg.

Merced County Sheriff Obdulia Sanchez, 18, accuses of driving under the influence in a dangerous auto accident that killed her sister and injured another daughter.

California Highway Patrol is cross-examine video as part of its investigation into the crash, The Associated Press reported.

Obdulia Sanchez was booked into the Merced County Jail on commissions of vehicular manslaughter while under the influence and DUI. She is being held on a $300,000 bond.
